Depressive Silence II (1996) is a classic and cult demo by the German synth duo Depressive Silence. Despite the technical limitations of the time, the musicians managed to create a magnificent epic with hundreds of shades and approach the feeling of orchestral scale. The combination of sound minimalism, musical academicism, and atmospheric old-school RPG games gives incredible feelings of nostalgia and tranquility. This is one of the brightest releases in the genre. The musical component of the immortal creation was complemented by no less atmospheric cover from the artbook 'The Book of the Dragon' by Argentine fantasy artist Ciruelo Cabral.
